Champagne Cocktail This is the Poinsettia, a very simple to make Spritz that’s going to be the social lubrication at your next Christmas Bash. It goes down easy and won’t put you into the stratosphere so your guests can happily enjoy a few at the party without regretting it the next day. I give you two ways to make it, the standard approach first, and then an elevated method second so that you can decide which is best for your guests.
